- From Zero in 4 lessons

- 4) Can turn properly
- 5) Go down a gentle slope on your own.
- Attainable Target:-
Can skate on flat & even surfaces without obstacles e.g. basket ball court. Not safe on slopes yet,
this is when you become more dangerous!!!Highly recommend that you follow up with the next set of 4 lessons
immediately, otherwise you will discover by accident some moves that you are unable to handle safely or develop
bad habits and revert to the wrong ways of skating with legs wide open needing more effort to rectify later
Learn2Sk8Safely in 8 lessons
- From Zero in 8 lessons
- The next 4 lessons will teach u to react quickly & safely in face of some dangers
- 1) Better balance
- 2) Can sk8 better
- 3) Can stop on the slope
- 4) Can turn on the slope
- 5) Can avoid obstacles quickly & safely
- Attainable Target:-
You will be able to sk8 along the tracks of East Coast Park from Fort Rd to the Marine Cove Resort
(McDonalds & Burger King) SAFELY. The tracks after that can be steep or with long slopes creating dangers
beyond your control.
Learn2Sk8Safely&Leisurely in 12 lessons
- From Zero in 12 lessons
With the last 4 lessons U will reach a level of competency where you can skate leisurely knowing
you will go home with no less blood nor extra bone coun. . . & street smart skating. . .
- 1) Can sk8 leisurely as you would when you run wearing jogging shoes but with less effort
- 2) Can balance on one leg.
- 3) Can handle uneven surfaces
- 4) Can sk8 on wet floors and smooth marbles
- 5) Step up & down without falling flat on your face.
- 6) Can handle longer and steeper slopes & slopes with drops.
- Attainable Target:-
Street smart skating using pedestrian footpaths & traffic light crossings from East Coast Park to:-
Old Airport Hawker Centre for children below 6, Suntec City for children above 6 & Orchard Rd for children
above 14.
- The above is your target and attainable under the following conditions.
- 1) Learn faster following our controlled rate tailored for each individual.
- 2) At least one practice after each session. Of course you will learn faster & more with more practices
- 3) Come regularly for at least up to the first 8 lessons.
- 4) Falling can happen if you do not follow instruction, distracted or continue to sk8 when you are too tired.
